Information Security Management Policy

The INTEROPTICS SA Management is committed to protecting the information it manages within the framework of its activities against any kind of internal, external, legitimate or illegitimate threat, through the installation of an Information Security Management System. The company's management sets specific security goals, which are monitored and revised as needed in order to ensure:

• The adequacy of resources so that the Safe Information Management System is applicable.
• The protection of information from unauthorized access.
• The availability and integrity of the information it produces, receives and circulates within the framework of its activities.
• The compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements related to information security.
• The continuous training of staff on information security management issues.
• The immediate recording and reporting of violations and suspicious incidents to the Information Security Officer and the in-depth investigation.
• The taking of all necessary measures to prevent and respond to security incidents.
• The full satisfaction of the requirements of stakeholders through the continuous monitoring of technological developments.
• The continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System.

This policy has been communicated to all INTEROPTICS SA personnel and is available to all stakeholders. It is reviewed annually or whenever deemed necessary, and revised, if necessary, in order to keep pace with developments.
